The NBCN Board meets quarterly. The Board has standing agenda items reviewing progress against the Work Plan, review of the Risk Register, ODN financial report and review against the National Quality Dashboard. 

The NBCN Board includes members of the Network Management Team with additional members from:

• NHS England Specialised Commissioning (North West)
• Service Clinical Leads from ODN burn care services
• Trust Management of burn care services
